Dexterity Hand Therapy is always open to hearing from occupational therapists who are interested in joining the team.

Dexterity is an occupational therapy practice in Long Island City specializing in certified hand therapy for creatives. Our patient population is primarily creatives: people whose pain is disrupting their craft. Treatment is one-on-one, evidence-based, and specific to how each patient moves and creates. We work neck to fingertips, with a focus on nerve, muscle, and lymphatic rehabilitation.

Requirements: NYS OT license and splinting experience. Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills are essential. We especially welcome applicants who are CHTs or have a personal background in music or visual art.
